What can you expect?

At Homestorys, you’ll gain practical experience across several areas of our business. You’ll work directly with customers in our showroom, support them by phone and video, and help manage enquiries through our online shop.

Your varied responsibilities will include:

Advising customers in the showroom, online, and by phone
Preparing quotations
Supporting customer projects from the initial enquiry to completion
Assisting with webshop enquiries
Communicating with customers by phone and video
Learning about furniture, interiors, materials, and current design trends

Flexible schedules will help create a varied and modern working environment.

Three Years of Practical Learning

During your three-year apprenticeship, you’ll develop valuable commercial, digital, and customer service skills.

Your training will also include:

Visits to furniture and interior design trade fairs
Customer and project visits
Practical training courses
Digital sales and communication training
Personal support from an experienced and motivated team

You’ll become part of a young, dynamic team and benefit from opportunities to continue developing your skills, particularly in digital retail.
